I would go to the reports and help people that need help, and also any trolls that don't intend to RP I would deal with them appropriately.  Previous Experiences: I don't have any staff experiences but I am willing to learn and I am also a quick learner. What can you bring to the Staff team: I am good for the staff community because I am really passionate about helping the community. I would go to all the reports that weren't being attended and help them to the best of my ability. I would look for people that have no intent to Role Play.   How long have you been playing in our community: I have been in the server since the release of the server. Any additional info about yourself that we should take into consideration:[/b] I am a fast learner and think I will get the hang of staff duty's pretty quickly. [b]What do you think will be your primary responsibilities as a Trial Moderator? [/b] I think the responsibility's will be dealing with in game situations like players making reports for things like RDM, VDM and the things that are breaking in game rules also dealing with help desk situations, I think that I would have someone that is a higher staff rank watch over and see how I go and correct if I made a mistake.
